For hours we drove thorough the cedar trees in the Middle Atlas mountains in search of the Barbary Macaque (monkey). The monkeys proved strangely elusive (just my luck) but the anomaly of seeing forested acres in the middle of the Moroccan desert lands was a cool diversion.
