First, find the really tacky church next to the flower market in Cuenca. Goto a side entrance that is some sort of memorial place and sneak into the sometimes fenced in area that is accessible only from the sacred space. Consider your options from the framed menus, write your order in Spanish on a note, and pull the bell cord. Place the note into the Nun's Hole turnstile and wait for your wine to appear on the next rotation. Finally, find a sunny roof top deck with some friends and open the long anticipated vintage. Then enjoy the late afternoon commiserating how truly awful the Nun's Hole wine actually tastes. (preferably wearing the panama hats you recently purchased in town).
