It was an inspiring experience to canoe along the Mangroves especially because about one fifth of the world’s mangroves have been lost since 1980. Intricate, hardy, and ecologically unique, these mangroves are home to many itty bitty crabs which we saw and snakes, which thankfully we did not see.
